The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is very close to a metro station. This makes it easy to explore the city and visit different areas. the hotel is adjacent to a Sports Bar, which is great for sports enthusiasts or those looking to grab a drink and watch a game.
The lack of competent staff and poor customer service detracted from the overall experience. the hotel seemed understaffed, causing delays in check-in and a lack of assistance when issues arose, such as non-functioning TVs and WiFi.

The only thing good about this hotel was the friendliness of some of the staff- some of them tried to make up for the disappointment of the rest of the hotel.
The service was pathetic. The rooms only got cleaned after we requested them to come and clean - after we arrived back in the afternoons. When the cleaning eventually got done - the quality was bad. Worst experience in Dubai

The room we had was nicely decorated with comfortable bedding and we appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. the breakfast was great with options that changed daily and the location was convenient to sightseeing spots and public transportation.
We were disturbed by a lot of noise from a nearby bar, which made sleep hard to come by. we experienced poor service at both check-in and check-out and our requests were not addressed in a timely manner.

The bed was never comfortable. Internet was very very very slow. The mat was wet. I dont know with what. I'd asked for change but the 2nd one was not clean. Room service wasnt that much

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was top-notch, with every corner looking spotless. The hotel facilities were excellent, providing everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet residential area with easy access to the metro station. It was also conveniently close to a supermarket, making it convenient for me to grab any necessities. Additionally, the hotel was just a stone's throw away from the metro station and a lively sports bar. The staff at this hotel were amazing, always helpful and friendly. And let's not forget about the delicious breakfast offered every morning!

My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The staff was polite and always had a smile on their faces. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel offered a variety of services, which added to the convenience of my stay. the hotel's location was very advantageous, as it was close to the metro and had a sports bar nearby.
my check-in request to have an early check-in and a room on the upper floors was not met. I had to wait until noon to get my room and it was located on the third floor.

Breakfast was very sad and pathetic. No mention is made on the booking website that it is only a continental breakfast and menu is limited to cereal, tea, coffee, juice and toast. A full buffet breakfast with better seating facilities will attract more family guest

Size of the rooms. Cleanliness and tidy rooms.
We arrived and the room key did not work. Took them more than 3 hourse to get it fixed. The TV system is too complicated and often not working. No good movie channel selection such as showtime movies .. etc.

Breakfast is limited to say the least. Bath tub was either dirty or very old. Staff made no attempt to fix that.
